CH. 109 - Touma's Birthday

 In early February... Touma comes home with a rather tired look as he enters his room. He puts his bag down as he closes the door and turns around only to stop, stunned. He stares as Chizuru sits on his bed with a soft smile on her face.

 “Welcome home, baby bear.” she says sweetly. Touma blushes and smiles awkwardly.

 “H-hi... Wh-what’re you doing here?..” he asks softly. Chizuru smiles alluringly as she looks away a little.

 “Oh, nothing. Just thought I’d drop by my boyfriend’s house and see what he’s up to. Knowing he’s all alone on his birthday and all...” she says while looking at him. Touma sweats nervously as he looks away.

 “O-oh. Yeah, I-I forgot about that...” he says. Chizuru then waves her finger at him, telling him to come close. He does so and steps as close as she wants him to be. She sits on the edge of the bed with him standing between her legs, but due to the height difference, she can only lay her head on his tummy. She does so happily, letting out a pleasant sigh, as Touma looks down at her.

 “Where is your family, anyway?” Chizuru asks.

 “W-well, my dad’s staying late at the logging office. Some business stuff, I g-guess. My mom and my s-sister are off at my aunt’s baby shower...” Touma says softly. Chizuru hums in response as she looks up at him with an intense blush on her face.

 “So that means I really can make your birthday special...” she says softly. Touma blushes at her words as Chizuru smirks. “Did you take the stuff I told you to earlier?” she asks. Touma nods.

 “H-h-how did you get that stuff?. I d-don’t think you’d be b-brave enough to buy it yourself...” Touma says, smirking a little. Chizuru looks at him teasingly.

 “I’m brave enough to try you, aren’t I?” she asks. Touma stiffens up at her words as Chizuru giggles before hugging his waist. “Hehe, you got me. I asked Hiki to buy them for me.” she says.

 “I bet Shiori got r-really confused by that..” Touma responds with a smile as Chizuru giggles again. She then lets him go before falling onto her back on his bed. Touma blushes as she looks up at him.

 “Well, are you gonna unwrap your present? I want to see if that stuff really works...” Chizuru says with a longing smile. Touma nods again before slowly lowering himself over her. Chizuru lets her arms sit up by her head as Touma closes his eyes and kisses her gently. They kiss for a moment before slowly pulling back. He then kisses her neck and goes down her collarbone as Chizuru moans softly. He holds her by her hips before he gets nervous and slowly pulls back.

 “Chizuru... It w-was a long day of training... I should pr-probably shower first...” he says timidly. Chizuru looks up at him, then smiles.

 “Okay.” she says. Touma smiles and goes towards his bathroom when Chizuru silently follows. They close the door behind them when Touma yelps a little. "Ah-! Wait, Chizuru! What're you-!" he stutters as the night continues according to her plan.

Soon, the night comes, and the mess they made is cleaned up. Chizuru lies on Touma’s bed with new bedding and wearing one of his shirts, obviously tired and kind of a mess. She lays her arm over her eyes as she sweats and pants a little. Touma then raises a bottle of water her way as he takes a seat. She looks at it, then sits up a little and smiles.

 “Thank you, baby. I’m so thirsty.” She says before chugging the water. Touma smiles at her before taking the bottle as she hands it back with a satisfied sigh. She then falls back onto her back with a soft moan. “I’m def not gonna be able to move very well tomorrow... My entire body is sore and I can still feel your cum leaking out of me, hehe!” she giggles. Touma blushes at her words as Chizuru lifts her shirt to expose her tummy. “You even managed to make my tummy bigger. I don’t know if it was the swallow or the double creampie but you literally inflated me. Isn’t that so funny?” Chizuru asks with a laugh as Touma giggles too. She then wraps her arms around his neck and smiles at him. “So, how’d you like my birthday present?” she asks warmly. Touma blushes and wiggles his shoulders a bit.

 “I r-really liked it...” Touma admits as Chizuru giggles and hugs him tightly.

 “Hehehe! Good! I’m glad I could make it special for you. But that was only the first part! We still need to throw you a party with all the others!” Chizuru says excitedly. Touma smiles at her before looking down a bit.

 “I-it’s okay. I don’t need anything for m-my-” before he could finish, Chizuru rolls her eyes and hushes him with a finger.

 “Oh, shush. We’re gonna give you the best birthday party ever. Just you wait.” She says with a loving smile as Touma blushes, then nods.

 “Okay.” he says softly. The two lovers continue to enjoy each other's presence as the night continues and soon, a new day comes.

 Another day, Chizuru sits with her arms between her legs and a slightly uncomfortable look on her face on a park bench with her friends around her. They laugh and talk before Shiori speaks up.

 “What happened to you?” She asks.

 “Oh, nothing. I’m just sore…” Chizuru says casually as Shiori raises an eyebrow confused.

 “From what?” She asks again. Chizuru suddenly opens her eyes wide with a blush as she looks at Shiori.

 “Oh, uh… nothing, really. I was just.. doing stuff.” She says as Hikigaya perks up, remembering something.

 “Oh, speaking of stuff, what did you do with that the stuff I bought you the other day?” He asks as Shiori and Chizuru blush, knowing what he’s talking about. Chizuru then quickly shoves Hikigaya away with an embarrassed look.

 “Nothing! Shut up!” She says while waving her arms around. She then quickly diverts the topic to something else. “Guys, it’s Touma’s birthday and I still have no idea what to do for his party…” Chizuru says softly with an anxious look. The others stop and listen to her as she expresses her thoughts. “I’ve always been really good at throwing parties for you guys but.. I really don’t want to mess this one up…” she says softly.

 “Heh, yeah. I remember the last one you threw for me.” Lucy says as Haru leans over.

 “We don’t have to bring that up.” He says as Lucy stops. Chizuru looks at them with a worried look before drooping.

 “This isn’t helping…” Chizuru mopes. Shiori then puts her hand on her shoulder gently and smiles at her.

 “Don’t worry, Chizuru. I’m sure whatever you do for him, he’ll love it, anyway.” Shiori says as Chizuru looks up slightly.

 “Yeah! And we’re here to help make that happen!” Haru shouts with a raised fist.

 “You can count on us!” Alice cheers too.

 “We just need to figure out what special things he likes so we can work around them.” Ryuji says with a thinking look and hand on his chin.

 “That guy is as plain as a sheet of paper. I don’t think there’s anything about him that we could make a theme around.” Kitaro says as Hisana and Suiyoubi punch him on the arms. “Ow!” he shouts as he rubs his arms.

 “Well, there’s nothing wrong with a plain, straightforward birthday. Could help keep risks to a minimum?” Sugawara proposes.

 “Good idea. Let’s throw the most boring guy the most boring party. Minimal effort needed to make it work.” Mormo says as he lays on Alice’s head.

 “Like you were gonna help, anyway.” Lucy growls.

"You're right, I ain't gonna help." Mormo says as he drops onto the bench table, only for a bird to swoop down and grab him, quickly flying away with him. Alice points at him as he screams. Suiyoubi just says as she opens her hand in his direction.

"What is it we should do then?" she asks as a small portal opens up above Hikigaya where he catches Mormo and the bird, separating the two.

"I mean, he really isn't a picky guy. I'm sure if we picked any theme, he'd enjoy it." Hikigaya says as he lets go of the bird and it flies away. Mormo groans as he looks stunned by the act. Chizuru perks up as her friends offer their support for her wants. She exhales softly before smiling wide and standing up.

 “You guys are right! Why am I worrying so much? I just need to do it!” She says as the others cheer for her. The group quickly gathers themselves and begin planning. They gather supplies and get together to set up at Chizuru’s house. Shiori and Hikigaya fly up and hang decorations up high as the others set things up all around, making the house feel happy and excited. Chizuru paces as she checks her list.

 “Fun hanging decorations? check. Hisana got the cake? Check. Games and entertainment?” She says as Kitaro raises a thumbs up from another room. Chizuru smiles. “Check. Okay. The place feels fun and inviting, the vibes are right. Let’s get this thing started!” Chizuru says excitedly.

Touma walks down the road as he checks his phone and sees a message from Chizuru inviting him over. He looks at her house for a moment before opening the front door. He peers in with a surprised look as it’s so dark inside. He steps into the house and closes the door behind him as he tries to look around. He then takes a step forward before hitting something with his shin, wincing in pain sharply as he holds his leg for a moment. Chizuru looks at him secretly before looking at the others with an upset look.

 “Who left a side table in the middle of the walkway??.” she asks with a whisper as Haru sweats and smiles awkwardly.

 “Oh.. my b…” he whispers. Chizuru sighs as she looks back at Touma slowly approaching.

 “Okay.. on three..” she whispers. Touma looks nervous as he looks around the dark room before the friends all jump out and shout.

 “Surprise!!” they shout in unison as the lights turn on. This loud noise startles Touma badly as he falls back and slams right into the side table in the middle of the walkway, totally destroying it. They all look shocked as Chizuru steps forward.

 “Oh my cos! Touma! Are you okay?..” she asks as Touma sits up, rubbing his head in pain.

 “Y-yeah.. didn’t.. expect that..” he says with a pained tone. The friends try to smile awkwardly as Hikigaya steps away.

 “I’ll get a broom..” he says. They quickly move on as Chizuru leads him to the lounge.

 “Sorry again, Touma.. Anyway, look here! We set up the lounge as our little party room! We got board games, cards, the presents and pizza!” Chizuru says happily. Touma sweats a bit as he rubs the back of his head.

 “Uh… I k-kinda already ate…” he says softly as Chizuru looks at him blankly. “I w-wasn’t sure what was h-happening, so I wanted to be prepared..” he says as Chizuru slowly looks down.

 “Oh. That makes sense. Sorry.” She says as Haru smiles and wraps his arm around Touma’s neck.

 “Well, if you ain’t gonna eat it, I’m having your share!” Haru says as he walks off to munch the pizza. Touma nods as Kitaro speaks up.

 “Let’s play a game already. The console is in the living room if you’d prefer a video game.” Kitaro says as Shiori elbows him gently. Chizuru shakes her head before smiling.

 “Yeah! I got your favorite from your childhood! It was kinda hard to find, but nothing's too hard for me!” Chizuru says happily before they sit down at the table. Kitaro takes out the board game and opens the box. He goes to take the stuff out but then gets a confused look. Shiori leans over as she gets confused too.

 “Huh? That doesn’t seem right.” Shiori says.

 “It isn’t. There’s supposed to be a board in here, not just the pieces.” Kitaro says to her as Chizuru is stunned. They then get up and look around a bit, hoping it just fell out, but once they realize it’s not here, they sigh. “I guess the place sold it without checking if it was complete.” Kitaro says.

 “Maybe we could make a board ourselves?” Shiori offers.

 “No way.” Kitaro says. Chizuru starts gritting her teeth angrily as Touma notices her next to him.

 “That damn store clerk… I should burn his shop to the ground…” Chizuru grumbles as Touma looks concerned.

 “Uh.. Chizu…” he says as he goes to hold her but she takes a deep breath in and lifts her hands. She exhales softly before speaking.

 “Phew… okay. It’s okay. How about we go play a video game? Surely all the pieces are there…” Chizuru says to Touma with a subtly annoyed smile. Touma nods as they do just that. Touma swings the game remote gently as he rolls a virtual bowling ball down the lane. He scores a spare as he steps to the side.

 “Nice shot, big man. But get ready for an in your face disgrace! Hyah!” Alice says smugly before thrusting the game remote forward, sending it flying from her hand and stabbing right into the TV. It sparks and shuts down as the others stare, shocked, Alice with her mouth wide open. Hikigaya sweats as he steps away, pulling out his phone.

 “I’ll have my mom replace it…” he says as everyone is too stunned to move. Kitaro suddenly grabs Alice by the collar and shakes her aggressively.

 “What’s your problem?? Now we can’t play anything anymore!” He shouts as Alice looks away with a deflecting smile and a sweat.

 “yeah, my b… but honestly, the company should’ve really warned us about the dangers of the game…” Alice says as Kitaro grits his teeth and yanks her in close.

 “Don’t try to blame the game…” he growls. Touma then looks over and notices Chizuru shaking a little as she clenches her fists tightly. She lowers her head as she mumbles.

 “why is this happening?..” she mumbles to herself. Touma looks nervous as she suddenly lifts her head. “We’re gonna do something right!” She says firmly before suddenly clapping her hands together loudly, catching everyone’s attention. “Okay! Cake! Time for cake!” She says with an irritated smile. Everyone sweats, but gathers around the table as they wait for the cake. They watch as Haru pulls out a delicious looking cake and happily brings it over to the table. As he does, Alice leans close to Lucy and whispers.

 “Is it really a good idea to let the clumsiest one of our group bring out the cake?.” she asks in a whisper. Lucy sweats and glares at her a bit.

 “That’s you…” she whispers back. As if on cue, Haru trips over a step in the ground and stumbles forward, tossing the cake into the air. Everyone is stunned for a moment, just waiting for the awful sound of the cake exploding on the ground, but Shiori leaps into action and swiftly catches the cake, keeping it balanced and saving the day. Everyone stares for a moment before they start cheering for her.

 “Nice catch, Shiori!” Sugawara says.

 “You saved it!” Suiyoubi cheers. Shiori snickers a little, feeling a smug pride in her chest as she turns the cake towards the friends, revealing a lit fuse burning down into the cake. Instantly, the cake explodes, covering everyone in its delicious contents. Too stunned to speak, they all sit in silence for a moment before Chizuru slowly turns and stares at Hisana with wide eyes.

 “It blew up… Why would it blow up??” Chizuru shouts. Hisana looks confused.

 “You wanted a cake that was a bomb.” She says back. Chizuru is baffled.

 “No! I said I wanted a cake that was the bomb, not a bomb!” Chizuru says loudly and totally dumbstruck by the situation. Hisana seems to understand.

 “Ohhhh! I see. Yeah, that makes way more sense. I thought it was strange for a cake to blow up.” She says plainly. Chizuru groans as she puts her head in her hands. The others look at her with sad looks as Chizuru speaks softly.

 “I’m sorry, Touma… I wanted your birthday to be perfect, but everything just keeps messing up… I’m so sorry…” she says softly before she hears something. Next to her, Touma tries to hold in a laugh. He doesn’t do well though, as he starts laughing, getting louder and louder before he laughs out loud to the point of tears. Everyone looks at him confused as he rubs his eye with the back of his hand, trying to compose himself.

 “You guys totally messed everything up, haha!” he says happily as the others stare at him. “You hurt me the second I get here, y-you order food I’m not hungry for, you b-buy games we can't play then blow up my birthday cake, and best of all… I l-love it!” He says with a big smile. The group is surprised as he continues. “This is the best birthday ever! Because d-despite everything going wrong, I know y-you all care. Y-you made something just for me and it could only end up this w-way because of the way you all are.” He says with a smile before smiling wide at them with tears in his eyes. “I love you guys so much!” He says, casting a genuine feeling of love for them all. He starts laughing again as the group begins laughing too, feeling his genuine joy and happiness infecting them. Haru and Suiyoubi get up and hug him tightly with big smiles, smearing the cake remnants from their faces against his.

 “Happy birthday, Touma!” They say together. Touma giggles as Chizuru watches them with a surprised look. She stares at Touma and her friends laughing as she slowly starts to smile, letting out a relaxing sigh. Suddenly, Touma licks her cheek, licking up the cake frosting on her face. Chizuru jumps back, surprised and embarrassed, as she holds her face.

 “T-Touma??” she says loudly. Touma smiles at her warmly.

 “And it’s all thanks to you..” he says softly. “Thank you.” He says. Chizuru blushes, embarrassed, as she looks down.

 “Of course… anything for my baby bear…” she says softly as Touma smiles again.

 “Alright! Now let’s really party!” Haru shouts as they all cheer. The friends clean up and get to enjoying themselves. At the table, they play a card game as Alice looks at the others sneakily before slamming down her cards proudly. Suiyoubi lowers her hand with a stronger score, causing Alice to look shocked. Sugawara does the same, then Hisana follows, each hand being better than the last as Alice gets shocked more until she falls out of her chair.

 Soon after, Shiori takes out a second cake with Suiyoubi’s help and brings it to the table. Everyone is surprised and happy as they explain they worked together and baked it just in case something happened to the first one. They laugh at their preparedness and good thinking. They enjoy the cake as the doorbell rings and in comes a brand new TV being delivered. Sugawara gets to work and quickly replaces the old one, handing the broken one off. They turn on the new TV as everyone cheers excitedly. Hikigaya and Touma play a game against each other as the others cheer them on. Behind them, Alice is restrained in a large sweater tied up like a straight jacket to keep her from playing the game. She pouts as she struggles to free herself.

 Then the group makes their way back to the lounge for presents as Touma opens them one by one. The first one he gets a large gummy pickle from Haru. Touma takes a bite reluctantly before gagging and spitting it out. The next gift he opens is a few pieces of clothing with nice fashion Touma enjoys. Suiyoubi chats with him about it for a moment before he opens another. There, he pulls out a large picture frame, and his eyes grow wide. He stares at the framed picture of the group smiling together and laughing happily. He starts to tear up as Chizuru looks at it and gasps with a smile. They look at Shiori as she shrugs with a smile, explaining the gift to them and how she got it. Touma then gets up and hugs her tightly, squeezing a bit too hard as she looks to be in pain but accepts the loving hug, nonetheless.

 Soon, the sun begins to set as the group makes their way out back to enjoy the cold air and night sky. Some sit with sodas in hand while others chat happily, pointing at the sky or waving their hands around, talking about anything. The friends bask in each other's presence and enjoy their matching energy as Touma observes his friends happily. He smiles as he takes a deep breath in. He then opens his eyes when he feels someone take his hand. He looks down at his side where he sees Chizuru smiling at him, holding his hand tightly.

 “I love you, Touma.” She says lovingly as he lowers and kisses her gently.

 “I love you too.” He says as they pull away.

 “Hey man, where’s mine??” Haru shouts, throwing his arms around Touma’s neck and kissing at him.

 “Me tooo!” Hisana whines as she does the same to Chizuru. They all giggle as the friends enjoy the night. Despite the loving emotions and feelings of never wanting this moment to end, the night still comes to an end.
