During winter break, Ryuji spends time with Lucy, like he always does, until her brother returns home from college and seems to harbor rather intense feelings towards Ryuji.

With the new year coming up, the group devises a plan to try to get Shiori and Hikigaya together!

Shiori finally musters up the courage to tell Hikigaya how she feels, but the boy gets sick instead. Meanwhile, Hisana attempts to confess to Kitaro again.

Hikigaya notices how much his memory loss is bothering Shiori, so he goes through some drastic measures to learn her secret.
