CH. 85 - A Spiked Party

 A new day, the group sits in class as Ms. Samuel gives a lecture about the topic they’re learning about today. As she lectures, the class seems rather uninterested and bored. Suiyoubi then leans over to Shiori and whispers.

 “Hey, Shiori.. What happened to your hand?.” she asks, a little concerned. Shiori is surprised before answering.

 “Oh, that bully who hit Haru attacked me too. But I handled him.” Shiori says as Suiyoubi sighs.

 “That’s a relief.” She says.

 “Way cool.” Kuzan says, hearing them. The girls look at him surprised when Daiki speaks up.

 “So you like beat that ass or..?” He asks as Shiori shakes her head in response.

 “No, we just talked it out.” She says. Daiki looks disappointed.

 “Lameee.” He says before Airi hits his arm, giving him a look. Chizuru giggles as Alice perks up.

 “Hey guys. Since the school year is almost up, we should totally throw a party to celebrate!” Alice says. Airi smiles as she looks at her with a raised eyebrow.

 “Oh? Are we finally invited to one of your famous parties?” Airi asks. Alice looks confused.

 “Famous?” she asks openly.

 “We don’t do anything that crazy..” Sugawara says as Airi chuckles.

 “Haha, no. It’s not that. Your friend group just takes up most of the class, so when you guys hangout, the others and I feel kinda left out.” She says.

 “Oh, our bad! Yeah, you’re totally invited! This is a school related party, anyway!” Haru says happily. As they continue to talk about this party, Samuel looks more frustrated hearing them totally disregard her lecture. She has angry shadows over her eyes as she grumbles.

 “Class… please.” She says, turning around as the class sweats. “I try very hard to be a cool teacher, but you still have to pay attention.” She says firmly with an irritated smile on her face.

 “Try? Ms. Samuel, you’re like the coolest teacher I’ve ever had!” Daiki says happily. Samuel looks surprised as Chizuru speaks up.

 “Yeah! You’re the best! But you also teach me so much too. Sorry if I get a little distracted.” Chizuru apologizes while rubbing the back of her head. The class all nods in agreement as Samuel smiles with a tear in her eye.

 “You guys… what the heck? We’ve only got a couple weeks of school left, why not take a day? Discuss your party! In fact, why don’t I tag along with you?” Samuel asks.

 “Uhhh…” the class voices as Samuel immediately understands and agrees.

 “Right. That would be kinda weird. Maybe after you graduate.” She says, slightly awkwardly. The class giggles as they get excited over this party.

 “Woohoo! Another adventure with the class!” Haru cheers.

 “I wouldn’t call it an adventure. It’ll probably end up like every other one of our hangouts. Filled with sexual tension and embarrassing moments.” Kitaro says, scrolling on his phone.

 “Ah~ That’s just cause you never had me before!” Daiki says while throwing his arm around Kitaro.

 “You’re only going to make it way more embarrassing.” Airi says with a smirk as Daiki sticks his tongue out at her.

 “Sexual tension?” Shiori asks as Lucy opens her hand at her and looks away.

 “I don’t want to hear a damn thing from you. Pretending you don’t understand.” Lucy says playfully annoyed as Shiori looks genuinely confused.

 “Sounds like a good time. I look forward to it.” Kuzan says casually with a cool smirk. Samuel watches them with a sweat and an awkwardly worried look.

 “Uh, kids? I can’t help but overhear.. just, uh, please be safe, okay?” She says as the class looks at her confused for a moment before smiling at her.

 “We’re always safe!” They say as Samuel blushes in awkward embarrassment.

 ‘Always safe?? This isn’t their first time??’ She thinks with a droop. Soon, the school day ends along with their plans for the party they’re gonna have.

 The weekend comes, where everyone gets ready to meet up with the things they needed to bring. Shiori, Hikigaya, Alice and Chizuru walk together as they approach Sugawara’s home. Chizuru and Alice giggle when they hear someone call out to them.

 “Heyyy! Guys!” Airi shouts happily as they notice Kuzan and Daiki with her. Chizuru approaches them excitedly.

 “You made it!” she says before hugging Airi.

 “Duh. We wouldn’t miss this!” Airi says back.

 “So, where does Sugawara live? In that house over there?” Daiki asks while pointing at Haru’s home.

 “Nope.” Shiori says before pointing at the large, luxury apartment building. The three others look over with a sweat, stunned by the idea.

 “He... lives in there?” Daiki asks as the four of the main group walk past them.

 “How else would we host 15 people?” Alice asks as they head into the building. The three look at each other before getting more excited.

 “This is gonna be so sweet!” Daiki says as they follow the group inside. There, they meet up with the rest of the group with smiles and joyful hellos.

 “Yo, what’s up, dudes!? Welcome to the crib!” Haru says happily as the three walk right past him.

 “Sounds like there’s an old man pretending to be young in here.” Airi says.

 “Kinda sounds like Mr. Gates.” Daiki says. Haru is stunned in place as they ignore him and high five the others. “Sup guys!”

 “Took you long enough.” Kitaro says, leaning on the counter.

 “Hey, we showed up at the same time they did.” Airi says back, crossing her arms.

 “And now that we’re here. We can finally get this party started.” Kuzan says with a cool look.

 “Right! Okay, so here’s the snack table. Drinks are over there.” Sugawara says, showing them the drink coolers and around his home as they put some stuff down. “Down the hall that way are the bathrooms if you need them. Feel free to ask me anything if you get lost!” Sugawara says, excitedly showing off his home to his friends. The boys nod with smiles and walk off as Airi boops his nose.

 “You’re adorable.” She says before walking away too. Sugawara blushes before smiling silly. Kuzan then approaches a sound system device on the wall and pulls out his phone.

 “Now that everyone is here, let’s start this party off with the right vibes.” he says as he opens his phone. He goes to connect to the device, but then a custom interface pops up with a chibi Sugawara head smiling at him as the screen flashes pink with the words “Welcome, Kuzan!” appearing above him. Kuzan stares at it, surprised for a moment before smirking. “Way cool.” he says before blasting his party music. Haru perks up hearing it kick off and approaches Sugawara.

 “I didn’t know you had a sound system.” Haru says as Sugawara looks at him before lowering his head with a slightly embarrassed look.

 “I thought it’d be a good idea to build one and put it in before everyone came over..” Sugawara says shyly. Haru stares at him before smiling wide and picking up Sugawara in a big hug.

 “You’re so cute!” he says lovingly as Sugawara blushes. Airi gets excited hearing the music turn on and hops into the center of the large living room, then starts dancing happily. She swings her head around and throws her arms up before looking over at the others.

 “Come on! Let’s dance!” she says excitedly while waving at Hisana and Chizuru. They smile happily and quickly join in, dancing around just letting loose. Kitaro, Touma and Hikigaya sweat a little at the sudden change of atmosphere from their normal hangouts.

 “I think they overestimated what our ‘parties’ looked like...” Kitaro says as the others nod. By the kitchen and snacks table, Daiki chats with Suiyoubi, Shiori and Alice.

 “You should’ve seen their faces when they said this was Sugawara’s home. It was hilarious!” Daiki says to Suiyoubi.

 “I distinctly remember you having the same face as them.” Shiori says with a smirk. Daiki sweats and laughs awkwardly.

 “Eheh... So! Did anyone else bring any games?” Daiki asks, trying to shift the direction of the conversation. Suiyoubi perks up at his words.

 “Oh yeah. If you brought any games or stuff, Suga says to just put it over by the entertainment center.” she says. Her words make Daiki get an excited look as he remembers something.

 “Speaking of stuff..!” Daiki says before ducking down and reaching into his bag then pulling out a couple bottles. “Check this out!” Daiki says excitedly as the girls look. Their eyes widen as they look at the large bottles of alcohol he has in his hands. “Now the real party begins!” he says with a big smile. The girls look for a moment as they sweat, a little nervous.

 “Oh. Uh... Yeah, we don’t really do that...” Shiori says.

 “Not that we don’t appreciate you trying to make the party more interesting!” Suiyoubi says, trying not to ruin his fun. Daiki droops disappointedly.

 “I’ll have some.” Alice says plainly. Daiki looks at her a bit.

 “Really?” he asks.

 “Yeah. I mean, I’ve never had any before, but it doesn’t seem so bad in the shows I watch.” Alice says innocently. Shiori and Suiyoubi look at her softly before Shiori grabs her by the shoulders and walks away with her.

 “Yeahhh, I don’t think so.” Shiori says as they smile gently at Daiki. He stands there for a moment before moping openly.

 “Aw man... I went into my bro’s stash for nothing... What kind of highschool party doesn’t have alcohol?..” he mumbles to himself before looking over at the drink coolers on the table. He stares at them for a moment before a mischievous smile spreads across his face.

 The friends then spend the next hours enjoying themselves and their company. They dance, they sing, they play games and all the while they quench their thirst with the drinks from the coolers. Cup after cup, they don’t think twice about what they’re drinking because why would they? Between trusting their friends and the feelings the drinks are bringing out, other things begin to take their attention.

 Shiori goes to get another cup, and as she sips it, she finally notices something about it. She sips it again before noting the odd taste, quickly realizing what’s going on. Shiori turns to say something, but then she stops. She stares at Hikigaya laughing with his friends and just takes him in. Due to her powers and body, she’s feeling no different, but then she thinks. Her thoughts race as she thinks, but then a look of determination spreads across her face as she makes a decision. Shiori quickly chugs her cup before getting two more. She then approaches Hikigaya and lifts the cup towards him with a smile.

 “Here you go, Hikigaya. Drink up.” she says. He stares at her for a moment before taking the cup.

 “Thanks.” he says before drinking it, letting out a quenched sigh. “You didn’t poison it, did you?” he asks with a playful smile. Shiori just closes her eyes as she sits down next to him.

 “Nope.” she says before taking a big drink of her cup again, then scooting closer to Hikigaya and cuddling up against him, under his arm he has on the back of the couch. He blushes with a surprised look but doesn’t resist.

 As the night continues, the friends begin to change into sleepy time clothes as the effects of their drinks only get more intense, and the restraint some people had begins to wear off. Kitaro sits on a couch as he hangs his head over the back, looking at everything upside down. There he sees Hisana step over him, smiling at him with flushed cheeks. He stares at her before smiling back. Suddenly, she leans down and kisses Kitaro. His eyes grow wide as he rolls away, leaving her to flop onto the back of the couch giggling. Kitaro looks over at her with an intense blush on his cheeks as she crawls onto the couch and over him.

 “Kitaro~ That was our first kiss, right~?” She says as Kitaro stutters and looks away.

 “I d-don’t think so... We’ve done it, like, once before?” he says. Hisana looks a little upset before pouncing on him and placing herself on his lap.

 “We haven’t done anything! You just keep wimping out!” she says. Kitaro looks a little more upset before sitting up a bit.

 “I do not wimp out! I just.. don’t wanna..” he says. Hisana smiles at him longingly.

 “You don’t want me?” she asks. Kitaro looks away embarrassed.

 “No.. I mean, I do... I mean, obviously. I’m a boy and you’re a girl. A very pretty, cute girl who... likes me...” Kitaro stutters out as Hisana stares at him with her pink eyes before suddenly throwing her sweater over his head, holding him close under her shirt as she bounces up and down on him.

 “I want you, Kitaro! I need you! Please be mine!” Hisana says happily as Kitaro struggles under her sweater. Hikigaya sees this and quickly gets up as Shiori falls over a bit with a dumb smile on her face.

 “Woah! Hang on a second there.” Hikigaya says before grabbing Hisana by the collar and lifting her off of him with one arm. Hisana giggles as Hikigaya looks at Kitaro. “You okay?” he asks. Kitaro composes himself the best he can while keeping his eyes on Hisana.

 “Yeah, totally. She just got me by surprise. Give her back, I can handle her.” Kitaro says, focused on her as Hisana giggles. Hikigaya looks concerned but lowers her back to Kitaro as she wraps her arms around his neck and tackles him onto the couch as they start making out. Hikigaya huffs before suddenly someone grabs his hand. Hikigaya turns around as Shiori pulls his arm a bit with a blush on her cheeks and her eyes hardly open.

 “Hikigaya~ get back over here.” She says longingly as she pulls him back to the couch. He tries to resist, but her strength is too much as she pulls him hard. She falls into the couch as he falls over her, using the wall to hold himself up.

 “Shiori! What’re you-” he tries to say, but she lifts a finger and presses it against his lips.

 “Shhsh.. just, here. Drink some more.” She lifts a cup to him as he takes it and sniffs. He looks upset before setting it down and putting his hands on her shoulders, setting her down.

 “Shiori, did you know the drinks were spiked?” He asks as she giggles and shrugs. He sighs before turning to look at the drink containers. “Lucy, Alice? Watch her for a sec.” He says as the two girls lean over Shiori with drunk faces too.

 “Oh, I’ll watch her.” Alice says as Lucy pulls Shiori’s face towards herself.

 “Yeah, we got this.” Lucy says as they all giggle. Hikigaya gets up and walks over to the snacks table with Daiki by himself, laughing.

 “Daiki. You brought the alcohol, didn’t you?” He asks. Daiki chuckles to himself as he wobbles a bit.

 “Uh, yeah! I mean, we’re partying, right? Howww else were we supposed to let loose?” Daiki says through slurred words.

 “Spiking our friends’ drinks wasn’t the way to do it!” Hikigaya says, upset.

 “Whoopsie. I guess you might be right, but hey! Now we’re here, so let’s party!” Daiki says before throwing his arms around Hikigaya’s neck and kissing at him. Hikigaya leans back, avoiding it before pushing Daiki off of him only for Airi and Kuzan to grab him and pull him over flirtatiously. Hikigaya sighs as he goes over to check the drinks. He sees the empty alcohol bottles and sweats.

‘How many did he use??’ he thinks. He then notices that the drink coolers are entirely empty. Hikigaya gets anxious a bit as Touma approaches him from behind.

 “Hikigaya?” he calls out.

 “Not now, Touma. I just.. I need a minute.” Hikigaya says, looking through Daiki’s bag, trying to think of something when there’s really nothing to be done.

 “I know, I just-” Touma says as Hikigaya exhales in frustration and turns around to Touma.

 “Touma, I know you’re probably drunk, but I need to make sure everyone’s okay.” Hikigaya says back.

 “I know. That’s the thing. I’m fine, I can help.” Touma says clearly. Hikigaya looks surprised as Touma blushes a little but does seem totally clear.

 “You didn’t drink anything?” Hikigaya asks.

 “No, I did. I guess I can just take it a lot better than they can.” Touma says openly, looking at the others. Hikigaya exhales softly, a bit of relief in his breath, as he puts his hands on his hips.

 “Alright. Since we’re the only ones clear of mind, let’s make sure nothing happens to anyone tonight.” Hikigaya says.

 “Just out of curiosity, what does that mean exactly?” Touma asks.

 “Well, making sure no one hurts themselves or leaves is a good start. As well as…” Hikigaya says as he trails off, looking past Touma. He turns around too to see Hisana and Kitaro going at it as they both blush.

 “I see… that would be pretty awkward for them when they wake up tomorrow…” Touma says as Hikigaya nods.

 “Alright, that’s the plan.” Hikigaya says before him and Touma clasp their hands together firmly in a manly handshake. They separate as Hikigaya goes back to Shiori and grabs her wrist gently. “Sorry, I need to borrow her.” He says before pulling Shiori away from everyone else and around into a dark hallway. Lucy watches them with surprised, drunk eyes before turning around with a smirk.

 “Well, if they’re gonna.. we might as well-” she says before Ryuji grabs her by the neck and kisses her aggressively before they drop to the ground. Around the corner, Hikigaya pulls Shiori along as she giggles. They stop once they’re a bit away from the party, and Hikigaya turns her to face him.

 “Ooh, Hikigaya~ I knew you’d want to.” She says before sloppily throwing her hands around his neck and kissing him. Hikigaya is surprised before pushing her off gently and holding her shoulders.

 “Wait, Shiori! I thought your powers would stop you from getting drunk.” Hikigaya says. Shiori chuckles to herself before letting her head fall to the side.

 “Pffft I guess so. Soooo maybe I kinda turned off my super resistance or something. Just to let go for a while~!” Shiori says as Hikigaya sweats.

 “You can do that?..”

 “Heh… guess so. Now c’mere and show me little Hikigaya~!” Shiori says with an anticipating look while getting on her knees in front of him and grabbing at his pants. Hikigaya blushes with a shocked look before quickly grabbing her under her arms and pushing her against the wall. He does so gentle enough but firmly as he holds her off the ground. Shiori giggles as he holds her against the wall.

 “Hehe… okay, wanna use our powers while we do it? I can do that.” She says before pressing her feet against the wall and lunging forward, grabbing onto his shoulders and slamming him against the wall.

 In the living room, Touma hears the thump and sweats a bit before turning his attention to Kitaro and Hisana and Ryuji and Lucy, both making out passionately.

 “Uh, guys? I don’t think we should be doing that right now…” he says timidly, flustered at the sight of his friends before another loud thump is heard from down the hall. Touma looks over again, but this time someone else speaks up.

 “Wooow, they’re really going at it.” Chizuru says before grinning at Touma. “We should do it harder than them…” she says while tugging at his arm. Touma blushes intensely.

 “C-Chizuru! You can’t just say things like that!” he stutters. Chizuru then presses herself against him while whining.

 “Come onnnn, Touma! I’ve never felt this way before! They’re already doing it, we should too!” Chizuru whines as Touma tries to fend her off.

 “T-they’re not doing anything!… I think…” he says. In the hall, Hikigaya struggles under Shiori’s grasp as she pushes him back against the wall. He sweats as he looks at her.

 ‘Damn, Shiori… she’s actually really hard to move right now!..’ he thinks as she holds him in place.

 “Hikigaya…” Shiori says with an intense look on her flushed face. “You have no idea how much I want this…” she says as Hikigaya blushes. He pauses for a moment before speaking.

 “Shiori… were you trying to get me drunk earlier?” He asks. Shiori’s grip softens as she smiles at him.

 “Mhm. Yeahhhh, I just wanted you to have fun. Then that way, we could actually fool around without worrying about anything at all~” Shiori says before turning around and rubbing herself against him. She takes his hands and puts them under her shirt and along her tummy. With her right hand, she guides him up, lifting her shirt as she guides his other hand down to her skirt. Hikigaya closes his eyes tightly as he hits his head back against the wall, looking up. He struggles for a moment before stopping.

 “Shiori, you’re drunk. You don’t… actually want this.” He says before pulling away from her. Shiori looks at him confused as he blushes with intense fluster, looking away. “Even if… I really wish you did…” he admits softly. Shiori stares at him for a moment, still feeling the alcohol in her system, before trying to speak.

 “Hikigaya… I lov-” before she can finish however, Alice approaches them.

 “There you guys are! I was so looking for you. Hey, you know, if you guys ever wanna use me as, like, a human in between if you don’t wanna, like, touch each other, you totally can, by the way. Just saying.” Alice says while wrapping her arms around both of them. Hikigaya blushes as Shiori looks at her. She then giggles and hugs her tightly.

 “Alice, you’re so cute!” Shiori says happily as the two hug tightly. Hikigaya squeezes away and back into the living room.

 “Touma, you good?” he calls out before seeing him. Chizuru has her back facing him as she grinds against him sitting on the couch. Touma quickly blushes and stands up embarrassed, grabbing onto Chizuru in the process and holding her up off the ground.

 “Yes! Yep, I’m good! I was just.. taking a break?” Touma says, slowly softening as he speaks. Hikigaya looks around and sees Daiki, Kuzan and Airi passed out on the ground with big smiles as they snore. Hisana sits on Kitaro’s lap as she presses her face into his neck. Haru sits holding Sugawara tightly in his lap as they rock side to side happily, Sugawara looking quite flustered. But then he realizes he doesn’t know where Lucy and Ryuji are.

 “Where’d they go?” Hikigaya asks, motioning where they last were. Touma looks around for a moment before answering.

 “I think they went to the bathroom down the hall?” He says with a sweat, embarrassed to be caught lacking. Hikigaya rolls his eyes before going to look for them. Chizuru and Touma watch as he walks away before she looks back up at him with a grin.

 “I can feel you want me.” She says before Touma stiffens up at her words, embarrassed. Hikigaya rushes down the hall and into a room.

 “Not Sugawara’s room, please.” He says before opening a door and seeing the couple on the bed, obviously making out. Hikigaya looks around for a moment, noting the guest room. “Not his room, great.” He says before looking at them and turning away. “You two are fine.” He says before closing the door.
